Before Soccer Store™ After Soccer Store™ Coaches burdened with the responsibility of collecting checks from the parents. Parents pay registrations fees online, at their convenience. Coaches burdened with the responsibility to make sure checks are written for the correct amounts. Coaches no longer responsible for collecting and handling checks from the parents. Treasurer burdened with the responsibility of collecting checks from the coaches. Treasurer no longer required to collect and handle checks from the coaches. Treasurer must deposit checks into the club bank account. Money is depositied from the shopping cart automatically, electronically. Club administrators have to create a paper "Uniform Order Form." Club administrators simply create a website inventory item for the uniform. Club administrators have to deliver the uniform order form to the parents, or worse yet, to the coaches who then have to deliver it to the parents. Parents simply go online to see what uniforms and equipment are available for purchase. Parents have to complete the form to indicate what they want, write a check, and then submit payment to someone. Parents simply put what they want into their shopping cart and make payment online. Equipment/Uniform manager has to sift through hundreds of paper forms to determine how much of what size needs to be ordered. Equipment/Uniform manager goes online to obtain this data in seconds. Equipment/Uniform manager has to record on paper what orders have been delivered to which players. Equipment/Uniform manager tracks this electronically in the Order Fufillment module.
